Most unusual tenant request?
A tenant asked me to proofread and edit her dissertation. She was an international student, so it required a few tweaks, but we got the job done. I take no responsibility for her final grade. Unless it was a first.
A movie you can quote way too much of
Mrs Doubtfire. I’ve seen it over 100 times. It reminds me of being a kid and watching it with my family. We watched it so much we burnt the VHS out twice, ha!
Best gift you've ever received?
A holiday to Los Angeles for my 30th Birthday and a holiday to Lake Como for my 31st Birthday. If you are in LA go to the observatory. If you are in Lake Como do a boat tour of the lake.
Something you're irrationally afraid of?
Polystyrene. I can’t stand anything about it. The feel, the sound… everything. Ban it immediately.
A soothing sound?
Ricky Gervais’s laugh. I think no matter how I’m feeling it makes me smile. Is there anything more infectious?

I’m an identical twin! So, if you think you saw me, you may have done, or you may not..!
