We spend our time sourcing the best-located properties for students to live in. We renovate these properties to the exacting Posh Pads standard and look for tenants for whom it is important to live in a house one can truly call home. We invest a lot of time and effort putting our properties together, but this is just the staring point; our tenants enjoy the services of the “Posh Pads Works” team who provide a first class twenty-four hour maintenance service.

Posh Pads was established in 1993 and has a wealth of experience in Southampton student lettings. Posh Pads has established its name as a market leader and innovator, and has succeeded in consistently setting new standards in accommodation for tenants.

In 2009 Posh Pads opened new offices at 51 Bedford Place in Southampton. The building is a landmark Grade II listed property and the current appearance of the building is the result of a two-year renovation project by Posh Pads.
